Core Kitchen and Wine Bar at Ritz Dove Mountain

Rating: A

We went here for dinner one time, and it was delicious, but I totally forgot to take pictures. This is also the restaurant where the hotel has breakfast, and they have a ton of gluten free options.  I tried their pancakes, french toast, waffles, oatmeal, toast, and muffins. If you're gluten free, this is the best hotel to stay at in Tucson by far. Well, at least the best one I've been to.

Here are my breakfast pancakes.  I, of course, forgot to take picture of everything else.  If I had to choose between the pancakes, waffles, and french toast, I think I might actually go with the french toast, although everything was pretty good.

Ignite at Ritz Carlton Dove Mountain

Rating: A-

"Ignite is the resort's fire-themed lobby lounge, which is truly the heart of the hotel. With stunning views, fire pits and bustling activity throughout the lobby, guests can enjoy an afternoon iced tea with lunch or signature cocktail in the evening." Here is their current menu. I thought this was the most beautiful place to eat on the resort.  The fire pits are gorgeous, and I actually really enjoyed the food.  I only at there once, so I really didn't get to try much, but I really liked me tacos.

Side Salad
Kale/Sweet Pepper/Pear/Pea Shoots
Carrot/Walnut/Yuzu Orange Dressing

This was good too. I loved having the walnuts and Jicama, which the Jicama they have since taken out, and they were really nice about substituting a similar gluten free dressing for the one they normally use.
