I was SO EXCITED to go to La Maison du Sans Gluten and try these. Croissants are my jam, and I miss them SO MUCH, probably almost exclusively because I can't have them. Haha! But anyway, I thought these were pretty good if you follow the instructions. You put them in the oven and they come out crispy and delicious! They also last a long time. They're relatively processed, which isn't great because they're not that healthy, but on the bright side: They last a REALLY long time. I already ate all of mine, but you could always buy a bunch of these and take them home. The ones I bought didn't expire for over five months.
