Crepelandia! And ALL GLUTEN FREE!! I couldn’t be happier with this discovery. Chef Marissa in San Antonio is the first person I met who ever made gluten free desserts that actually tasted good. She made me my first gluten free birthday cake. She used to grind all her own flours, so they were super moist. She has gone more commercial now. She used to just be called “Chef Marissa”. Now she has Good Gluten Free Foods. It’s really great that she has so much success now, but I’m kind of bummed that she doesn’t grind her own flour anymore. I'm going to beg for the next big event in my life. Anyway….on to more important things. She has a gluten free crepe stand both at the Pearl Brewery Farmer’s Market on Saturdays and Sundays. In addition to crepes, she sells other baked goods. We had some great gluten free banana bread with cinnamon sugar topping. This place is a must-go!
