Good Habit Gluten Free Cookies

Okay, so let me just preface this by saying the following items are not inedible or disgusting, but I just can’t justify eating them for the following reasons: If I’m going to buy and eat cookies, they should taste like amazing slightly crunchy on the outside, chewy and moist on the inside, delicious cookies. To me, these tasted like glorified trail mix. They are trying to make cookies a “health food”, when they’re just not and shouldn’t be. They are not low-calorie, but they have some nutritional value, so if you’re trying to gain weight and not trying to splurge on a delicious cookie, I absolutely recommend them. I, however, am not trying to gain weight, and if I’m going to eat a cookie, it darn well better taste amazing. The Carrot Cake cookie was the worst because you could totally taste the Garbanzo bean flour. The Chocolate Chip and the Peanut Butter Chocolate were good enough to eat, so I didn’t throw them away, but you can definitely still taste the Garbanzo Bean flour. I just really don’t understand why anyone would use that type of flour in baked items. It just doesn’t mix. On the Bright Side: Their Granola is definitely worth eating, although I like Rose’s Wheat Free Bakery way and Jessica’s GF Granola
