Cranberry Orange Scones (with King Arthur GF All-Purpose Flour)


For some reason, I was determined to make gluten free scones this weekend. I think these turned out pretty well, especially right out of the oven. I wish they would have browned a little more, but I left them in for the full 20 minutes, so who knows. I got the recipe HERE.

These were really simply to make. I didn’t even have to use a handheld mixer. I just used a whisk and a spoon.


I started my mixing the dry ingredients, and I used two knives to cut the pre-cut butter into the mix


I then mixed the wet ingredients until they became frothy


I then spooned the mix onto the parchment-lined baking sheet


And Voila!!

 




So good fresh out of the oven!
