I saw that I had some canned pumpkin that was about to expire, so it seemed like now or never to try this recipe I saw on the Well & Good website. These were really easy to make. They're pretty simple and straightforward, so don't be expecting a lot, but they're nice to have in your fridge or freezer. I had one with my chia pudding this morning, and it was a nice change of pace. Also, I made mine with almond butter instead of peanut butter, and they still tasted good.
