Gluten Free Gingerbread House

I just wanted to put this in here because I was kind of proud of myself. I ordered a Gingerbread House from A&J Bakery in Rhode Island. The first one’s materials came broken, and the second one’s materials came looking perfect but with one roof piece broken (just a disclaimer in case you’re thinking of ordering one). It was actually pretty easy, and all of the candy and decorations came with the package. The only thing I had to make homemade was the frosting. It’s worth a shot. This project was quite a lengthy event, but I’m pretty happy with the results. It takes two days to create because you have to setup the basic structure before you can start really decorating. I’ve been wanting a gluten free Gingerbread House for a few years, so I was happy to find it. I also really appreciated that they sent me a new kit for free really quickly when my first kit came broken. :)
