I’ve been wasting so much almond pulp because I’m so obsessed with making almond milk, and I never knew what to do with the leftovers. Anyway, I googled it, and found this recipe:
I really wasn’t hoping for much, but I’m so impressed with how this tastes. It really reminds me of Cracklin’ Oat Bran. I haven’t had anything like that in YEARS!
As for the recipe goes (I substituted coconut oil for 3 of the tbsps of peanut butter, and I substituted sunbutter for the remaining 3 tbsps of of peanut butter. I just wanted to try it out, and I’m so happy with the result. See pics below:
